Location
Velanga Orchard, Bodabandla Village, Andhra Pradesh

An ultra-private 50 acres mango orchard, skirting a reserve forest at the foot of a hill with a couple of lakes nearby. Surrounded by shrub forests endowed with over a 100 species of birds and animals.
We have built the cottages using vernacular design, local material and vintage aesthetics. The space is surrounded by neem, coconut, teak trees, under the canopies of mango trees, with the hill at the back and lush green all around.

Studio Hours
Monday to Friday 10:30am to 5:30pm ( Includes 1 hour lunch and tea break )
Studio Hours with Teacher - 10:30am to 1:30pm
Hours to work in the studio by yourself - 2:30pm to 5:30pm with a brief check by teacher
Studio will be open all 7 days a week from 10:30am to 8:00pm for practice hours.

One month Course
- Shared Accommodation (2 people sharing) - Cottage Benesha
This accommodation type is a shared room with two individual beds, shared kitchenette, bath and patio for two people.
Fees - Rs. 94,800/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for one month.
- Individual Private Cottages - Cottage Rumani
This accommodation is a private cottage for one person with a single bed, bath, kitchenette, patio.
Fees - Rs. 1,28,400/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for one month.

Fees - Rs. 1,89,600/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for two months.

This accommodation is a private cottage for one person with a single bed, bath, kitchenette, patio.
Fees - Rs. 2,56,800/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for two months.

This accommodation type is a shared room with two individual beds, shared kitchenette, bath and patio for two people.
Fees - Rs. 2,84,400/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for three months.
- Individual Private Cottages - Cottage Rumani
This accommodation is a private cottage for one person with a single bed, bath, kitchenette, patio.
Fees - Rs. 3,85,200/- includes the course, materials, firings, accommodation, meals and tax for one person for three months.

Boarding & Lodging
- All cottages have kitchenettes equipped with mini fridges, induction plate, basic utensils, drying racks
- Laundry is taken care of by us.
- All three meals with snacks will be provided, basic vegetarian or non vegetarian Indian meals at the common dining room.
- You can let us know if you are allergic to any ingredients.
- Accommodation & Meals will be provided for the entire duration of your course. This includes weekends (when the classes are not running)

HOW TO REACH US
Velanga Orchard, Bodabandla village is located in Bangarupalem Tehsil of Chittoor district in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Velanga Orchard, the location found on google maps is 164km from Bangalore International Airport.
You can reach the Orchard via bus and car/cab. Most of our students in the same batch coordinate with each other a month before the course and come from Bangalore airport to our farm together. In case you have any hesitation in travelling alone, this is for you :)
The road to our farm is gorgeous and smooth with quite a few cafe and restaurant stops.
PAYMENT
To book your slot, we take 50% of the total fees. Remaining 50% payment to be made anytime before 1 month prior to the month of your course.
For example. If you've booked for the January 2025 course, remaining payment to be made by the 5th December 2024. The course starts 5th January.
If we don't receive the remaining payment on time, we will be cancelling your slot, with no refund.
After the due date - To book your slot, we take the full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
JANUARY BATCH CANCELLATION POLICY (Course Dates 5th Jan - 31st Jan)
- If you cancel before the 5th November 2024, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
- If you cancel between the 5th November to 5th December, we deduct 50% of the total fees as cancellation fees and refund you the remaining paid amount.
- Post 5th December, we will not be providing any refund.
- If your case of medical emergency informed at-least a week in advance, we can consider rescheduling the course (upon providing proof) Refund is not possible. Less than a week, we will not be able to help you.
- Due to any reason, you have to leave during the course, we won't be able to give you a refund or reschedule.
- We follow this policy without any exceptions.
- We take three to four weeks to process the refund.
FEBRUARY BATCH CANCELLATION POLICY (Course Dates 4th Feb - 5th Mar)
- If you cancel before the 4th December 2024, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
- If you cancel between the 4th December to 4th January, we deduct 50% of the total fees as cancellation fees and refund you the remaining paid amount.
- Post 4th January, we will not be providing any refund.
- If your case of medical emergency informed atleast a week in advance, we can consider rescheduling the course (upon providing proof) Refund is not possible. Less than a week, we will not be able to help you.
- Due to any reason, you have to leave during the course, we won't be able to give you a refund or reschedule.
- We follow this policy without any exceptions.
- We take three to four weeks to process the refund.
MARCH BATCH CANCELLATION POLICY (Course Dates 9th Mar to 4th Apr)
- If you cancel before the 9th January, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
- If you cancel between the 9th January to 9th February, we deduct 50% of the total fees as cancellation fees and refund you the remaining paid amount.
- Post 9th February, we will not be providing any refund.
- If your case of medical emergency informed atleast a week in advance, we can consider rescheduling the course (upon providing proof) Refund is not possible. Less than a week, we will not be able to help you.
